The ever popular macadamia nuts grown and harvested on the hillsides of the Big Island Hawaii is used for many cakes we bake. Macadamia nut has a buttery taste that compliment and pair with many of the tropical cake ingredients of our bakery like fresh fruits, coconut and much more!

All of our wedding cakes are frosted with fresh whipped cream.
Depending on the cake design we have made a few buttercream and fondant designs, but most of of our cakes are presented with the Whipped Cream frosting since our tropical cake flavors blend and taste creamier for the perfect combination.
